 Dear Tenants, Please note our new policy on admitting pets into the building. If you bring a new pet into your unit, you must notify the landlord and pay the $200 pet deposit. Failure to do so will result in eviction. At this time, we only allow cats and small dogs in the units. We may ask for proof that your pets have received proper vaccinations before permitting them in the building.

 It is mid- summer day maybe even dinner time because of the wine bottles. And possibly during fourth of July party. They seem to be some friends gathered. I think the man in the left side with the blue shirt and the woman next to are a couple. And their meeting some friends and parents. They seem to be having a good time. It should be half way finish their meal because most of their plates are empty. And the sun seems to be setting. It is very sunny and it is pretty outside. They seem to be having a wonderful time bonding over their drinks and food.

5) I like to watch few entertaining shows like music programs or e-network where reality shows comes out and celebrities talk about their lives.

6) My favorite television program is a few fathers come out with their babies and they have to spend 45 minutes solely without help of their mother. They spend their whole weekend doing something fun.

And I’m leaving for my vacation tonight so I’m really going to need it....I had to get to work early this morning, and couldn’t wait around for the bank to open....Could you call me here at work, and let me know how to get my bank card back? I’m really busy today, and really need you to call me soon. I can’t go on vacation without my bank card. This is Marsha Syms at 555-1234. Thanks.

Hello Marsha, I got your phone call. I understand that your bank car is stuck in the ATM machine. And you are not able to wait till our bank to be open because you have work in the morning. I also understand that you are going on vacation tonight.  So you will really need this back.
 My proposition to you is to come back if you can before 4-5pm when we close. And we will be able to get the card out of the ATM machine for you. If not, then please check with us any time before you go on your vacation we will find time to open the machine and get your card out of the machine. (45secs)

 I am for taking the job has low salary with a lot of vacation time. I can take this little salary job and make some sort of money in order to be sufficient for me to take a different class or find another job during the vacation time. I could also use that vacation time to spend with my family or my parents and I can be able to travel and learn more things here and there through out. Even though I won’t be having enough money, I could still learn by having that time to go to library and read through few books without spending money on them.
